Questions you're probably already asking.

Do I need to be a top-level expert to lead a pod?

No. You don't need to be a CTO or a Creative Director. If you're a senior developer, an art director, or an experienced operator in your field, that's enough. The people in your pod aren't hiring you as their head of department. They just need someone who's been there.

How does payment work?

We send a Stripe payment link after you request to join. Monthly subscription, cancel anytime.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly billing, no long-term commitment.

How big is a pod?

Pods are capped at 8 to 10 members. Small enough that the expert actually knows your situation, big enough to split the cost and benefit from the group dynamic.

What if my pod isn't full yet?

Pods run regardless of size. We'd rather start small and let it grow than make you wait.

What does it look like in practice?

Async Q&A throughout the month where you ask questions and get answers within 48 hours, plus one group call per month where the expert gets context on everyone's projects.

When do calls happen?

We work out a time with the members of each pod. Once a month minimum, plus async in between.

What commitment is required?

Light. Async on your schedule, one monthly call. The expert engages at their own pace within the agreed response time.

Is what I share kept private?

Yes. Every pod member signs a mutual NDA before joining. What's discussed in the pod stays in the pod, between members and the pod leader.
